Shipping

All merchandise will ship either UPS "ground" or Motor Freight "standard" unless otherwise requested by the customer. All freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise requested by the customer. Most items can ship within 24hours. Obviously items that need to be manufactured to order for size or color requirement ie: windscreen, wall pads, custom turf etc., will be expedited and shipped as quickly as possible.

DAMAGE

It is STRONGL Y recommended that the customer inspect the product upon receipt before signing the delivery receipt. When the delivery receipt is sign the shipper views it as the customer saying the product was delivered undamaged and in good working condition.

We will do everything in our power to fix or replace any items damaged during shipping, however, damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or the product must be refused as damaged and it should be reported to OB Team Sports within 5 days of delivery. These things need to be done in order for us to file a proper claim against the carrier. Failure to report any problems to OB Team Sports (877-379-9051) may result in forfeiture of any claims with OB Team Sports LLC.

DISCREPANCIES

Any discrepancies with a shipment must be reported to OB Team Sports within 30 days of delivery receipt. Failure to report discrepancies may result in forfeiture of an) claims with OB Team Sports LLC.

RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization obtained from OB Team Sports. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion ofOB Team Sports.
